Warner Bros interactive and developers Rocksteady have started drip feeding the world information about an upcoming sequel to massively successful Batman: Arkham Asylum and it looks like the Joker is back and this time with some more classic villains from the Batman universe in tow….

From what I have seen of the trailer on the new website it looks like the sequel will take place in Gotham City. The trailer and website itself contains several references that Batman fans will pick up straight away such as the “Uncle Sam” adaptation poster hiding what appears to be Harvey Dent (Twoface). The trailer then proceeds to scan through a ruined area of Gotham whilst a frail Joker watches on in amusement at the destruction.  Keen eyed watchers will notice the camera pan across the iceberg lounge which is well known for being The Penguins club… so it looks like we may be seeing some collaboration between 3 of the most revered villains in Batmans History.

Batman: Arkham Asylum was a fantastic game.. I borrowed it from Mike earlier this year and was hooked.  I was apprehensive about it before playing it but really enjoyed it.. so much so that ive asked the wife to buy it for me for Christmas
